Bowling Date

This past Friday we had a blast doing a quadruple date. It was Brian and I, Jan and Spencer, Liz and Steven, and a blind date for Scott. We enjoyed some salad, pizza, and pasta at Pizza Pie Cafe (we all agreed the Logan location is probably the best) and then went to bowl 3 games at Bonwood. It turned into a long night when we ended up having to wait a lot longer then we were told for some lanes at the bowling alley. But we still had a lot of fun. Brian and I don't get out much with other couples because he has such an intense schedule with games, so this was a nice break from it all.

Getting a little tired, but who could blame the guy he was about 3 and a half hours past bedtime by this time.

 Overall we had a fantastic night and after all the scores were tallied for our lane Brian came out triumphant. But we might need a rematch at an earlier time, then we won't have any tired babies interfering.

Happy 2014!!

We had fun ringing in 2014!! I think a lot of it has to do with the fact that this year is the year we will end our career as students!!! (at least until I decide to go get my Masters.....if I ever do) It is funny this last year we realized that we have a kinda theme that hits us every year. Last year we deemed as the Year Apart. We seriously spent the most time apart from each other that we ever had. I am hoping that this year's theme can be Endings and Beginnings. We will be endings several adventures and hopefully starting some great new ones.
But we rang out the 2013 with lots of laughs and giggles and brought in 2014 the same way. It was a blast!! If you ever want to laugh really hard you should play telestrations with a bunch of nieces and nephews or any group. If the right word comes up, the pictures will have you rolling along with what the word became. Good times, good times!!!
