Celest's Wedding

My sister got married back on May 12th. It turned into a very crazy series of events with her whole wedding. It all began on Friday May 6th. My sister was flying in from Arizona with my two nieces to be here for the wedding. It was also the day Celest was going through the temple with her (soon-to-be then) husband. The plane was suppose to come in at 11am. Plenty of time to make it to and from Idaho Falls and be in the temple by seven, right? Wrong when the plane it delayed about five hours. She ended up not landing until 3:30 pm. Then by the time we got all the baggage and got everything in the car it was after four and we had a two and a half hour drive just to get to my parents house. Not to the temple. That was another hour and a half from the parents house. Needless to say, we all missed the session. I then got an email from my teacher that I am interning with in the fall, asking me to be to a parent open house on Celest's wedding day from 3:30-4:30 and then 5:30-6:30. So after some thinking and planning with the photography at the open house on May 10th. We figured out a way for me to make it to everything. Then comes May 11th. My brother who is in Texas right now doing an internship called saying his flight just got canceled. He was suppose to fly in that night so he would be there for the wedding. After a lot of searching by everyone we finally found him a flight that at least got him in shortly after the wedding and the luncheon so he would still be in all the pictures. Brian was the one that volunteered to stay in Salt Lake and meet his plane. So after a narrow call of almost missing the wedding ceremony ourselves. Everything finally fell into place and the last part of the day went off without a hitch.

They had a great day and we are really happy for them now that they are married. We went to see them yesterday before they headed up to spend the summer in Jackson Hole. It was a fun filled week of interesting things happening left and right. Luckily everything went smooth for everyone when it came time to going home.

p.s. since I was running to a lot of things and taking a few pictures with my dad's camera, I didn't take a single one on my own camera. This is why only one picture is posted.
